FREE PARKING - We have a large well lit car park which is covered by CCTV, it is free to use during your stay. We can also offer parking whilst you're not here for a small nightly charge, if you are doing one of the coast to cast routes.

 

SECURE CYCLE STORAGE. We have a secure bicycle storage room to safely store your bikes overnight.

ENSUITE ROOMS - Our rooms have double beds and are all ensuite. All have flat screen TVs, free full fibre Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities.

 

THE KINLOCH BAR - We are now fully licensed and have a new guest bar, the bar is unmanned and run as an honesty bar which our guests love, everyone has a barman in them.

SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA* The pool is hired out through the day to pay for itself so we can offer it to guests free of charge, this means it may not always be available. We do our bests to give guests access to it as much as possible every day.

 

KITCHEN FACILITIES Guests can use the house kitchen to prepare or reheat food using the microwaves, so if you are staying for a while or with a young family you have extra facilities to make life a bit easier.
 

THE GARDEN offers a terrace to sit and enjoy the view across to Scotland and room for kids to play, guests can also use the BBQ when the weather allows.
