NEW! We now have an 11kw Electric Vehicle Charging Point, this can be booked on line or added to your booking at any time subject to availability.

 

We have a large well lit car park and secure cycle storage. Our rooms are en-suite and most have, smart TVs, free full fibre Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities. We are now fully licensed and have a new guest bar.

We have a swimming pool* and sauna*, unfortunately all our energy costs more than doubled in 2023, as our prices are in line with other guesthouses in the area who do not have the huge financial burden of such facilities we now have to limit their usage or charge guests a fee to use them. We hope to offer full and free use of them again in the future, once we get used to budgeting for the huge increase.

We no longer have the hot tub due to the running costs.

 

Guests can use the house kitchen to prepare or reheat food using the microwaves, so if you are staying for a while or with a young family you have extra facilities to make life a bit easier.
 

The garden offers a terrace to sit and enjoy the view across to Scotland and room for kids to play, guests can also use the BBQ when the weather allows.
