Ensuite - exactly as it sounds, a double room with an ensuite shower room. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a smart TV. It is on the ground floor and sleeps up 2 people, in a double bed

Ensuite+ - these rooms are the same as the Ensuite room with the option of an extra single bed. Again the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, smart TVs. They are on the ground floor and can sleep up to 2 adults and a child in a double and optional single bed.

​

Double - These rooms are on the original side of the house and are good sized rooms with a double bed. They are all accessed by at least one flight of stairs. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room along with a TV. We have 2 that are on the top floor, these have bathrooms with a bath, we also have one on the ground floor with a shower over the bath, also accessed by stairs. Due to their size these rooms also have either a sofa or armchairs. The Doubles offer the best view of the garden and over Whitehaven to the Solway Firth.

Double Deluxe - this is one of our favourite rooms on the first floor, with the best views over the garden towards the Dumfries and Galloway coast. It has a smart TV, tea and coffee facilities, couch and coffee table. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The Family Room  - this is the big one, it consists of family lounge, master bedroom with a double and single bed, second bedroom with 4' double and single; the shower room is off the second bedroom. There are TVs in all rooms, tea and coffee facilities and the same great view. The Family room can be accessed from the ground floor and has easy access to our garden and decking area. This room can sleep up to 5 people comfortably.

Hikers Basic Triple and Bikers Basic Double - as the name suggests these rooms are basic but great value. The bathroom is on the next floor down and has just been refurbished, giving clean and modern facilities. The rooms themselves have a TV and 3 and 2 beds respectively. They are on the top floor and are great for people looking for cheap accommodation for one night stop overs. These rooms can only be booked over the phone.

The Dining Room and Bar are on the first floor, so if stairs are a problem let us know.

​

All our rooms are covered by our high speed WiFi. Dogs are welcome in most rooms, let us know you're bringing one when booking and we will try to offer a room close to the garden. We do not accept any other kind of pet.

Breakfast times - MONDAY 8.15AM TO 9.15AM, TUESDAY - FRIDAY -7AM TO 8.30 AM (8.45 ON SCHOOL HOLIDAYS) SAT AND SUNDAY 8.15AM TO 9.30AM

BREAKFAST OUTSIDE THESE TIMES CAN SOME TIMES BE CATERED FOR.
